10am Dana + second shooter arrive at WAH to begin photographing bride’s details (gown, shoes, invitations, bouquets, etc), groom’s details (shoes, tie/bowtie, cufflinks, watch, etc) and girls getting ready
12:15pm Hair + makeup complete
12:45pm Bride gets into gown; second shooter arrive at groom's getting ready space to take photos of the groom getting dressed
1:15pm Dana drives Annie to First Look; second shooter drives Austin to First Look
1:30pm First Look, immediately followed by bride + groom portraits downtown
2:15pm Bride, groom + photographers head back to WAH
2:30 Wedding party photos at WAH
3pm Family formals at WAH
3:30pm Everyone tucked away; Dana to photograph ceremony details + guests arriving at this time
4pm Ceremony
4:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph lingering family photos and reception details at this time (sunset 5:13pm)
5pm Reception starts
9pm Reception ends
